Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quaker rolled oats

  • 3 oz fresh pasteurized milk (or DF milk of choice)

  • 2 oz natural yogurt (or DF yogurt of choice)

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ⅕ cup pecan, chopped

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients except for the banana and pecans in a clean mason jar.

  2. Stir everything together.

  3. Add the banana and pecans.

  4. Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight 40°F (≤ 5°C).

  5. Enjoy cold or warmed, as desired.
