Valentine’s Day Breakfast Smoothies

We think the banana adds just enough sweetener, but you may want to add a little sugar.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (banana through strawberries) to your blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Divide into two glasses, then top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few valentine sprinkles, as desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (non dairy perfectly fine)

  • 1 cup cream (or milk. Again, non-dairy perfectly fine)

  • 2 cups strawberries (frozen)

  • add whipped cream

  • add valentine sprinkles
