Easy Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
¼ c. mayonnaise
¼ tsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. dill relish (or diced dill pickle, or pickle of your choice)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper (or garlic salt and pepper, if desired)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste. I prefer it to be on a lemony side to help cut the fat from the fried seafood.
