Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quaker rolled oats

  • 3 oz fresh pasteurized milk of choice (or DF milk of choice)

  • 2 oz natural yogurt (or DF yogurt of choice)

  • ¾ cup blueberry

  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients except for the blueberries in a clean mason jar.

  2. Stir everything together.

  3. Add the blueberries, whole.

  4. Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight 40°F (5°C).

  5. Enjoy cold or warmed, as desired.
