Many of us enjoy chocolates, flowers and champagne for Valentine’s Day, since they are fun, festive and delicious!  However, if your budget, or your nutritional goals, interfere with these options, there are a few exciting and festive ideas below.  Even if you don’t bake, these options are EASY, tasty, and easily adhere to most any dietary preference.  Try them out on your very special someone for Valentine’s Day tomorrow, or anytime.  They appeal to the young to the young at heart.
