No Bake Energy Bites
Directions
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Roll into balls.
Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or dried fruit)
1/2 cup peanut butter (any nut butter will work here)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (or combination of flax, chia seeds and hemp, as desired)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
