No Bake Energy Bites

Directions

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Roll into balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or dried fruit)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (any nut butter will work here)

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed (or combination of flax, chia seeds and hemp, as desired)

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla
