Blue Cheese-Stuffed Figs with Proscuitto
Fresh or Dried Figs, stuffed with pieces of Blue Cheese, wrapped with Proscuitto slices, and baked. Topped with chopped Walnuts.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Split fresh or dried figs just so that a piece or two of blue cheese will fit within. Close up the halves, then wrap each with ½ of a prosciutto slice.
Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until figs are soft, prosciutto is crispy and cheese has melted.
Plate, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

¼ lb Blue cheese
20 prosciutto slices
¼ c. toasted walnut pieces
