Pina Colada and Strawberry Peach Smoothies

Pina Colada Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup (or more) fresh baby spinach

Directions

Combine in a freezable container or ziplock bag and freeze up to 6 months.

When ready to enjoy, add to blender, along with:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup ice cubes, optional

  • 2 tsps raw honey, optional

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Super Simple Strawberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • About 2 1/2 c strawberries, hulled and quartered

  • 4 peaches, stones removed and roughly chopped Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 c nondairy milk (almond, soy, coconut or any other option you desire)

  • Juice from 1/2 orange 3 Tbs maple syrup

Directions

  1. Line a freezer safe container with waxed paper and put the fruit in it.

  2. Freeze for about an hour.

  3. Make smoothies immediately, or divide into three containers or ziplock bags for individual smoothies. (or substitute an equivalent amount of pre-frozen fruit)

  4. When ready to blend, combine 1/3 of the frozen fruit and the liquid ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  5. Process until smooth. Enjoy!
