Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries (1 bag)
1 cup water
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp black pepper
2 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp sea salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small-medium sauce pot.
Bring to a light boil, and cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled, with sweet or savory dishes.
