Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries (1 bag)

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg

  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small-medium sauce pot.

  2. Bring to a light boil, and cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Serve warm or chilled, with sweet or savory dishes.
