Baked Brie with Fruit

Directions

  1. Cut the very top off of the wheel of Brie, exposing the soft interior.

  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 5-10 minutes or until the center is gooey and soft.

  3. Meanwhile, slice the bread into cubes or slices, and prepare fruit.

  4. Place soft Brie in the center of a platter and circle with bread slices, fresh fruit and nuts, if using.

  5. Dip and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 circle Brie Cheese

  • 1 baguette

  • Apples, grapes, strawberries

  • Assorted toasted nuts
