Baked Brie with Fruit
Directions
Cut the very top off of the wheel of Brie, exposing the soft interior.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 5-10 minutes or until the center is gooey and soft.
Meanwhile, slice the bread into cubes or slices, and prepare fruit.
Place soft Brie in the center of a platter and circle with bread slices, fresh fruit and nuts, if using.
Dip and enjoy!

1 baguette
Apples, grapes, strawberries
Assorted toasted nuts
