Bacon Bundle Won Ton Cups

This recipe can easily be altered to fit your preferred fillings.  Once cooked the won tons look a little like stars and are easy to enjoy!

Two bundles per serving. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) bacon cooked and crumbled (sub sausage, impossible sausage, or even cooked lentils!)

  • 2 cup(s) Colby-Jack cheese grated

  • 1/2 cup(s) Ranch style salad dressing

  • 1 2 oz. black olive, sliced

  • 2 medium red bell pepper diced

  • 8 ounce(s) mushroom, button diced and sauteed until liquid evaporates

  • 1 cup(s) green onion diced

  • 50 mini phyllo cup

  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blot cooked bacon dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives, mushrooms, red pepper and green onions.

  2. Lightly grease a quantity 12 muffin tin with cooking spray and press 1 wrapper in each cup. Spray again with cooking spray.

  3. Bake 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven.

  4. Fill with bacon mixture. Bake 5-6 minutes or until bubbly.
