This can serve as a festive, lower-calorie alternative to champagne. It’s also kid-friendly!
- 2 oz. sparkling apple cider
- 1 tbsp. pomegranate juice
- 2 oz. sparkling water
- In a champagne flute, add cider and sparkling water.
- Drizzle the pomegranate juice down the side of the glass and top with a few raspberries.
- If possible, freeze the raspberries ahead of time to keep things cool!
